Physical Education/Movement Breaks

Now we are not at school, it is really important to keep moving. Here are some links that might inspire you to keep moving and staying active. 

Take a break and listen/watch some stories read by the staff at Wellington School

Nature Spotting


You could either go for a walk with an adult, or go into a park/garden space and try to spot as many different types of birds or animals as you can. You could also try to find as many different types of leaves as possible.

This is a great way to get some fresh air whilst exploring nature and the environment that surrounds us.
