Reading

Monday 18th May 2020

You will begin looking at Shakespeare this week. Focusing on his play 'A Midsummer Night's Dream'

The following documents are guided reading home learning this week.

Remember, if you can't print off work, complete work in your home learning books, a spare booklet at home or plain paper.

Friday 22nd May 2020

In your SATs Comprehension Books, complete reading 8 set 1 and set 2 questions.

To help you support your child with reading, please have a look at the following 'Reading Cycle' document. This document will help you to cover different reading skills on different days, which can be repeated weekly. I will upload a text at the beginning of each week, this text should be used for the entire week alongside the document provided.

You can also use the questioning in the document alongside a book you are reading at home with the children.
