Intent

As geographers across Bold Futures federation, all children will be inspired to develop a curiosity and fascination about the world and its people. Pupils will have opportunities to explore, observe, question and compare how children, including themselves, live around the world; this will remain with them for the rest of their lives.

We bring the wider world into the classrooms/schools through practical activities, fieldwork visits and themed days. Children (whatever their background or prior learning) will understand the physical processes that form the world around them, as well as how they can play a responsible part in how human geography affects our planet.
